Our fee structure comprises a fixed and variable component:

• Fixed: Service fee
• Variable: Savings based incentive fee

The fixed fee is a service related fee which is dependant upon the level and length of engagement of Sourcing Specialists.

The variable fee is an incentive for Sourcing Specialists to deliver optimal savings for customers.
